The website said I would get free shipping why did I still get charged? To get free shipping you must:

  • Have more than $60 in your cart.
  • Be shipping to a destination in the United States

Does Liquid Planet have a catalog? No we don't have a printed, hard catalog at this time.

How do I ship to 2 different locations? You must place two separate orders.

If I want to ship 2 places but the total order is over $60.00 will I still get the free shipping? Orders over $60.00 will get free shipping within the United States.  Orders going to two different places are considered two different orders and will only receive free shipping if they are over $60 by themselves.

My product arrived damaged what can I do? We take great care in packaging your order however sometimes it gets damaged in shipping regardless. If this happens please send an e-mail to info@liquidplanet.com with your order number and which item was damaged. We will get another one right out to you and send a call tag for the broken one if necessary.

I'm just not happy with my purchase can I return it? Yes you can return it within 30 days. Please see our return policy for more details.
